The many new and exciting products available for agricultural construction meet a variety of structural and building use requirements. Selecting the right materials will ensure you get a building that will efficiently meet the demands of your farm operation. Some construction methods available from Newton include: Studwall, Post-Frame, Steel Frame, Concrete, Insulated Concrete Forms and Pre-Cast concrete.

Newton Distinctives

A building is only as good as its foundation. That's why Newton Enterprises employs an anchoring system and 6'0" burial on their post-frame structures. Our engineered, laminated posts are supported and encased in a concrete footing providing up to 300% more bearing surface than a post alone. That extra detail counteracts the downward pressure of building weight and snow loads and provides extra resistance against uplift caused by frost and wind.

Engineered LVL headers and purlins placed 24" on center further stiffen the frame and add resistance to forces acting on the building. Newton Enterprises fastens metal cladding with a screw on each valley at each purlin providing nearly twice the skin to frame contact used by some of our competitors.

These superior construction techniques alone will result in a building that is tighter, more durable and longer lasting.
